Prayer for Ukraine
Please say this prayer to obtain peace in the land of Ukraine.
“Almighty God, through Jesus’ Divine Name and the Immaculate heart of Mary, we humbly ask for your mercy to obtain peace in the land of Ukraine. May all the people of that country, especially kids and elders, remain safe from danger. Please do not let chaos and war reign in the land of Ukraine but only a forever peace that comes from you. Amen” Our Father; Hail Mary; Glory Be

Wreaths Across America
In many homes across the U.S., there is an empty seat for one who is serving, or one who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Our mission is to Remember, Honor, and Teach all year long, far beyond the single day in December when we coordinate wreath laying ceremonies.
All throughout the year, Wreaths Across America works in a number of ways to show our veterans and their families that we will not forget.
We are doing our share at Good Shepherd through the Widow's Watch ministry. You can purchase/donate a wreath at 1 for $15 or 3 for $30. Make check out to Good Shepherd and put Wreaths on the memo line; can mail it in, drop off at the office, or put in the collection basket.

The Legion of Mary
In introduction, the Legion of Mary is not an organization for women only. It is a vocation available for all Catholics who want to foster a true to devotion to Mary as their path to heaven ~
To Jesus through Mary, as Pope St. John Paul II’s motto states, “Totus Tuus”, All Yours. St. Louis Marie du Montford wrote in his Treatise on True Devotion to Mary, “When we praise her, love her, honor her or give anything to her, it is God who is praised, God who is loved, God who is glorified, and it is to God that we give, through Mary and in Mary.”

Praying the Rosary
Want somewhere new to pray the Rosary? We have many place here at Church that are perfect for focusing your mind on the Rosary. As you come in the Parking Lot, on the left is a Rosary Garden, made and maintained by Good Shepherd’s Confirmation II classes since 2017. You can walk the Rosary as you pray. As you leave the Parking Lot, on the left is the Mary Grotto. This area was dedicated to the Church in memory of Father Bumann. Two benches are available to sit while you pray. We also have a Stations of the Cross Walking Path, located behind the gazebo.

Parish Evangelization
Would you like to help build the parish? Help the parish grow by inviting someone you know who has fallen away from the church to come to Mass with you one weekend.
Or invite someone new who is not Catholic. God is always calling new people to him and asking us to live out our baptismal call. What better time since we hear so much negative publicity about God and church? We might not be able to bring God and prayer back into school and our government, but we can bring people into the church.
